When something's wrong, their phone pauses.
Seraph lives on your child's phone and checks the screen right there. Serious things pause the phone until you're there. You get a calm email, not their private life.
One minute to set up, on their phone. Nothing to install on yours.
Set up once. Then hand the phone back.
Seraph lives on your child's phone. There's no dashboard to check and nothing to install on yours. Here is the whole story, on the real screens.
One minute of setup Choose a parent PIN, pick your child's age, start your plan and add your email.
The things you can't be there for.
Seraph checks what's on the screen, right on the phone, in the apps and games your child already uses. The serious things pause the phone. The rest goes to your inbox.
Pauses the phone pauses until you unlock it Emails you get an email, nothing locks
- Pauses
Nudity
Sexual images, seen or sent. Pictures like this are never saved, not even blurred.
- Pauses
Graphic violence
Real gore and shock content. Game violence is treated more gently.
- Pauses
Unsafe chats
Warning signs of grooming: age questions, secrecy, photo requests, moving to another app.
- Pauses
Photos to strangers
A photo sent in a chat to someone who isn't on your trusted list.
- By age
Bullying
Threats and pile-ons aimed at your child. Pauses for under 9s. For 9 to 12, a direct threat pauses; other bullying emails you. Teens: email only. Friendly trash talk shouldn't count.
- By age
Strangers and risky accounts
An unknown person asking questions, or a page they shouldn't be on. You get an email. Under 9, the phone pauses too.
- Emails, never pauses
Signs your child may be hurting
Support first, always. Seraph never locks the phone for this. It tells you, and shows your child someone to talk to.
A pause, not a punishment.
The screen turns warm cream, never red. For younger children it says "Let's pause." and "You're not in trouble." and asks them to come and find you. Teens see "Paused." with "You're not in trouble." It never shows what was seen.
- Call my grown-upOne tap to call you, if you add your number.
- Parent unlockYour PIN opens a short report. You choose Unlock or Keep locked.
- Until you're thereThe phone stays paused until you type your PIN on it. Calling you and emergency calls keep working.
- Need help?A helpline is one tap away, even while paused. Emergency calls always work.
See why. Then decide.
The email tells you what, where and when. Your PIN on their phone shows the rest: the flagged lines, never the whole conversation, a picture only if one was kept, and a tip for the talk.
- An email when something happensNever a picture, never a message, never your child's name.
- Relaxed, Balanced or StrictChange how early Seraph steps in. Pause it for 15 minutes or an hour.
- Trusted contactsName the friends your child talks to. Signs of grooming in those chats email you instead of pausing the phone. A photo to anyone not on the list still pauses.

What: warning signs of grooming
Where: Roblox
When: Sep 23, 6:59 PM
To protect your child's privacy this message has no images and no message text. Details stay on their device: open Seraph on their phone and enter your parent PIN to review.
Emergency calls stay available while the device is locked.
Their screen stays their screen.
Seraph checks pictures and chats on the phone itself. Screenshots never leave your child's device, and no child content is stored on our servers.
Stays on their phone
- Screen pictures and chat lines
- The report you read after your PIN
- Your parent PIN
- Your child's age band and your settings
The few pictures Seraph keeps are encrypted and delete themselves after 7 days. A nudity picture is never saved, not even blurred.

Right for their age.
Pick an age once. Seraph steps in more for little ones and gives teens more room.
Pauses for anything flagged
Nudity, violence, unsafe chats, bullying or a photo to a stranger all pause the phone.
Pauses for pictures, unsafe chats and threats
Most bullying emails you instead of pausing, so a rough day with friends doesn't lock their phone. A direct threat, or someone telling them to hurt themselves, still pauses it.
Room to grow
Pauses only for nudity, violence, grooming and photos to strangers. Everything else emails you, and you see the flagged lines, never the whole chat.
Relaxed steps in only when it's sure. Balanced is right for most families. Strict steps in early and expects more false alarms.
It helps you. It doesn't replace you.
Seraph can miss things and can be wrong. It is one more pair of eyes, not a promise.
Never hidden
Android shows a "Seraph is on" notification. iPhone shows the recording indicator. Your child knows.
It can be wrong
Good on clear photos, weaker on small thumbnails and slow, careful groomers. Each report has "Was this right?" thumbs. Your answer stays on the phone.
iPhone works differently
Watching runs only while screen recording is on. Your child can stop it, but then most of their other apps are blocked until it's back on, so stopping it isn't a way around Seraph. The pause can't cover the Phone app, Settings or Screen Time's Always Allowed apps. Apple's own adult-website filter comes on too; it's Apple's, not ours, and you can turn it off in Seraph's parent area under Settings, "Block adult websites".
If it's switched off
Seraph emails you when its permission is taken away. Turn it back on together. Voice chat, protected video and banking screens aren't covered.
What parents ask first.
Does my child know Seraph is on?
Yes, always. Android shows a "Seraph is on" notification the whole time. iPhone shows the recording indicator. There is no hidden mode, and we think that's how it should be.
Will it pause the phone over nothing?
Sometimes. Seraph can be wrong. Balanced is right for most families; Relaxed steps in only when it's sure. Younger children get more pauses, teens more room. Each report has "Was this right?" thumbs.
Do I need to install anything on my phone?
No. Seraph lives on your child's phone. You get an email when something happens, and you unlock and read the report on their phone with your PIN.
What if my child stops it?
On Android, Seraph emails you if the service is switched off. On iPhone, your child can stop screen recording, but then most of their other apps are blocked until it's back on. Turn it back on together.
Is there a free trial?

There's no free trial. Setup takes a minute, and a test lock in Settings shows you exactly what your child would see, so you'll know quickly if it's right for your family.
